I'm playing a fighter with, two handed weapon fighter class thingie which gives him +1 while fighting with two handed weapons, when I drop my shield and start wielding my longsword/warpick/battleaxe 2 handed I'm going to be using that +1 extra to hit.
This option of fighting two handed is only available if the weapon is two handed or has the versatile property.
When your bigger, I think we just have to use a bit of common sense, a longbow a two handed weapon will not be wielded in one hand even if your bigger and a two handed weapon wielded in one handed is treated as a one handed weapon and will not be taking advantage of any power/feature which requires using a weapon two handed.
I look at the fighter extra +1 hit to either one handed or two handed weapons as a specialised style of fighting, taking advantage or the leverage, reach or quicker strikes, the same with reaping strike and power attack its the fact your using two hands to get the leverage which gives you the extra power not the actual weapon, otherwise PC's could create a large longsword and use it in two hands to get the +1 to attack bonus working if he has the one handed weapon specialisation.
