init increasing items

Do any items increase init?
How much do they cost in 3.0?

According to the A&EG, 10,000gp for the improved initiative feat in a magic item, or the Initiative weapon enhancement from OA for 20,000gp. There's also <snip> Skittish Nerves from MaoF (1st-level spell, +5 bonus to Init, 1 minute/level).

Gloves of Dexterity +6, 36,000gp, +3 to Initiative.
