I thought it just meant "Imho"--y'know, like the preposition ("Bummi weny imho tje holr") or the album by The Rasmus.

As for the question, yes it means humble. That's why I never use that particular acronym. I have no humble opinions, only overblown, overvalued, arrogant ones.
