Kanadrin Defeats Mithreander by Default .... (Thanks to Patch for Judging!)

Kanadrin sets up for the elfs attack and counterattcks hopeing to score the first hit... she ducks and does a spin kick hopeing to catch the elf in the jaw with it....

The east wind penetrates the sea; dodges the violence of the bird and flips through the edge of the shell!

 

[Mithreander]

Mithreander just stares as the woman counter attacks, seeing that his defence may not be placed properly... live and learn, but first live.

Kandarin pulls off some fancy moves, but the elf lets loose with a solid attack and defense combo that scores a hit right to the head of the lady.

"Beautiful form darlin, but you'll need more than that to win. Bub, keep this up and you gotta future here. Now you all should alternate who goes first from here on out with the lady going next."

writhes from the elfs blow and comes back with a move she hopes is sure to score a flag....

The weasel assails the pillar; quells the motion of the body!

 

[Mithreander]

The fang prances before the peaks; negates the foray of the fortification!

Mithreander, landing from his last attack, swirls to meet the attack of the lady, who retaliated with blinding speed. He moves with a combined attack, that if executed properly, should counter hers, while causing damage in return.

HIs fingers stabbing down on the attacking members of her body, seeming fangs from the peak of Mithreanders head. If it landed correctly, not only would it drive the ladies attack low, but would also damage the appendage she used for the attack!

Knowing that it was his attack next, Mithreander does not hesitate in his next attack, feeling and absorbing the results from the last foray!

The claw glides upon the ricefield; blocks the chi of the insect!

With his hands, already extended from his last attack, he steps to the lady's side, gliding his hands around in the opposite direction, fingers hooked to claws, slicing as if to take stalks from the head of rice, her side being the rice head, hoping to knock her off ballance at the same time. In the same move, he brings up his back knee, anticipating a strike to his now open side.

"Nice comeback, darlin! That's more like it. Kid, ya gotta quit prancing and get back to fighting her if y'er gonna win here..."

OOC: Mith, please don't post an attack for the next round till after the judgement for the current round. I understand the desire to speed things up, but it'll throw things off in some types of matches, like Strategy matches for instance. Rathan, go ahead and post your move next and then I'll judge round 3.

Kanadrin looks to place another violent kick to her opponents head....

The claw kicks next to the ricefield; dodges the terror of the wood!

"Jeez! Popular ricefield. And two claw attacks as well. Both of which are pretty weak since gliding and kicking next to something both make it tough to do damage. Not to mention the uninspiring defenses: blocking the spirit of an insect and dodging some scary wood.

"The moves are so evenly matched, I gotta resort to giving the round to the higher ranked fighter, so I have to give one flag to Kandarin.

Mithreander moves back, feeling the ache in his side, though he is ready to launch his next attack.

He waits for the woman to make her move before making his... which he hopes will surprise her!
