With the way clear, Allowyn urges Leandre forward and slashes at the swarm of metal. (32 v. Will, 13 damage if hit. All attackers with CA against get an additional +2 attack bonus) Leandre let loose a great roar, attempting to drive the swarm back even further. (critical hit, 39 damage and the swarm is push back 3 squares and knocked prone.)

As the great cat roars at it, the damage is massive, and the swarm splits into two!
(I assume you don’t drive it quite as far back so that Forge can still reach it through the difficult terrain).

Forge charges and hacks at one of the swarms…though again, his axe is less effective than the cats or Sim blasts and bursts.

Several of you realize that the debris is similar to the ruins you waded into before, inducing a mild panic, and granting combat advantage.

Standing next to the swarms also turns out to be painful (20 damage to Forge).

Then, a second (or is it third?) swarm emerges.

They all swarm the dwarf. One makes a devastating attack (crit) and knocks the dwarf prone into the battle remnants for more damage (another 72 dmg total).

Keep going.

(Sorry about the mess moving the swarms around) Sim will shift up one (+1 AC and Ref) and activate Borrowed Confidence. Sim tries to blast all of the swarms with a Thundering Vortex (top left and around clockwise 39, 45 and 47 (CA w/ +2) vs. Fort (highest of the 2 rolls for each) with 31 damage. Assuming hits, Sim moves them 2 squares and marks all of them until the end of his next turn. Sim positions 2 of them within SwordBurst range and the 3rd out of the way to the right. He then AP’s (ignores all enemies resistances) and Swordbursts the 2 near him (crit and 41 vs REF, 54 damage on the crit and 26 damage on the other. On hits, he also moves them both 1 square NE (out of the way – no one should be next to them now).

There may also be a damage bonus from the warlord.

Once the swarms are pushed away, Allowyn takes the opportunity to unleash a ball of fire from his helmet targeting both remaining(?) swarms. (28, 34 vs. reflex, 15 damage, 10 ongoing if hit). Leandre then charges at the swarms, attempting to keep the prone one down. (crit and 34. 34 damage on crit, 22 if second attack hits. If both hit, grabbed and prone)

Allowyn actions points, using Slash and Press on same swarm. (35 vs. AC, if hit: 27 damage and both swarms are pushed up and away as possible i guess)

The arcanist destroys one swarm and moves and damages the others.

The warlord makes a great show, with lighting effects, that causes some damage to one of the swarms (1 hit from the cat, is it).

Allies get +1 to all defenses until my next turn due to Knight Commander's Action.

If an ally within 5 of Allowyn is hit (non-crit) he'll Immediate Interrupt with Bolstering insight giving a add. +6 to defenses. If that causes the attack to miss, the target get a free melee basic with +4 damage
