LG vs. CE: Lawful Good is Victorious!

New combatants enter immediately if the old combatant outright dies, so Uri does not have time to take a move action in reaction to the new circumstances.

If he announced a move action as part of his turn before Offal died, that would have been allowed, but the movement would have been away from Offal, not in Offal's space.

Wow! Offal is the very first victim of a massive damage save, isn't she?

Vector Sigma, a gargantuan radiant dragon, pops in at 100n50e, prepared to do battle. He breathes a line of force at Uri.

If Vector can breathe again, he does so (as long as the general remains invisible). If he cannot breathe, he takes a full attack at PA +10. If the general stays within range, time compression would be okay for Vector.

Uri will take a full attack at Power Attack +5. Time compression sounds great. If Uri hits four or more times, up the Power Attack to +10 until he misses three times, then drop it by 2 until he hits four times, with a minimum of PA +5. Recast invisibility the round before becoming invisible. If brought below 200 HP, cast heal.

Oh yeah, I guess if he misses a lot due (3+ per round) to the PA, then lower it by 2 per round to a minimum of +5. I think the misses will be due to invisibility, though.

OOC: OK, here goes.

Round 281: Uri breathes back fire. VS dodges (33 Ref save) and takes 48. He has 430 hp left. Uri can breathe again in round 282.

VS misses with both wings due to invisibility, but hits the other four times. Total damage is 89+40. Uri has 146 hp left.

Round 282: Uri casts heal and has 276 hp left.

VS hits with bite and both wings, missing twice due to invisibility. Total damage is 58+30. Uri has 188 hp left.

Round 283: Uri casts heal and has 318 hp left.

VS hits with a claw, missing four times due to invisibility. Damage is 15+10. Uri has 293 hp.

Round 284: Emboldened, Uri breathes fire. VS dodges (36 Ref save) and takes 58. He has 372 hp left. Uri can breathe again in round 287.

VS breathes back some force. Uri dodges (33+2 Ref save) and takes 43. He has 250 hp left. VS can breathe again in round 287.

Round 285: Uri full attacks for the first time. He hits four times, including a claw to the franistan. Total damage is 74+25-20. VS has 293 hp left.

VS hits with a bite and a wing, missing three times due to invisibility. Total damage is 42+20. Uri has 188 hp left.

Round 286: Uri swings harder and still hits four times, missing with a claw and wing. Total damage is 74+40-20. VS has 199 hp left.

VS gets lucky at the right time and hits five times, with no misses due to invisibility. Total damage is 95+50. Uri has 43 hp left.

Round 287: Uri breathes and VS doesn't dodge (23 Ref save). He takes 102 and dies due to the massive damage! No joke!

Uri:[sblock]You can breathe again in round 290.[/sblock]

Psybo pops his head in.

"Announcing Lawful Good's general: Shimanyo-Kocoi, the old gold dragon! (Draconomicon)"

Shimanyo's turn in round 287.

Inconceivable!
Infiniti, you are finally correct in your assessment of inconceivable. Uri had cast heal twice (in rounds 259 and 265) and acid fog twice (in the SW corner and on top of the roof), so he had only one heal spell remaining.

Psybo pops his head in. "Upon further review, Uri could not cast heal in round 283, so must either breathe or take a full round of attacks, depending on whether his breath had recharged."

Uri has round 283 to avoid being shredded in round 286.
