Lawful Good has at least 9 creatures plus the general in the second round. The +2 you see in the scoreboard is because the ethereal dragon was CR 18, and the scoreboard was counting how many more creatures Lawful Good had than Neutral before they got to CR 19. The scoreboard had not been updated yet when you looked at it. Lawful Good has some CR 19 and CR 20 creatures remaining.

Oh, okay. The LG crowds then wait patiently to see the scoreboard updated and give golf claps. They're still unhappy about that last draw. When the digital scoring machines post that MacEther had only 2 hit points remaining, some LG spectators start screaming and bellying about instant replay.
