First off, I understand that its going to be pretty hard to mess this one up. I chose this build because it fit thematically and because I was curious to see how it actually ends up playing. Currently the character is 2nd level with Paladin 1 / Warlock 1. General info below...
Aerith. Human-Variant. Paladin 1 / Warlock 1
Str: 16
Dex: 14
Con: 14
Int: 11
Wis: 14
Cha: 16
Feats: Polearm Mastery
Patron: Celestial
What I'm thinking as far as progression is pushing Paladin to 2, then Warlock to 2. The thought it to go Pact of the Blade if focusing Warlock, but the question is whether pushing Warlock or Paladin would give a better benefit?
The way I see it, pushing Paladin will give more spells and bigger Smites as well as getting the coveted Aura. But the Celestial Warlock will give more Healing options. Both options get the Extra Attack, so that's not a big deal. What are some thoughts as to which path to push?
Also, for reference the level cap on this build will be 9.
