Stunning Fist: You must declare that you are using this feat before you make your attack roll (thus, a failed attack roll ruins the attempt). Stunning Fist forces a foe damaged by your unarmed attack to make a Fortitude saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 your character level + your Wis modifier), in addition to dealing damage normally. A defender who fails this saving throw is stunned for 1 round (until just before your next turn). A stunned character drops everything held, can’t take actions, loses any Dexterity bonus to AC, and takes a –2 penalty to AC. You may attempt a stunning attack once per day for every four levels you have attained (but see Special), and no more than once per round. Constructs, oozes, plants, undead, incorporeal creatures, and creatures immune to critical hits cannot be stunned.

Dragon Style: While using this style, you gain a +2 bonus on saving throws against sleep effects, paralysis effects, and stunning effects. You ignore difficult terrain when you charge, run, or withdraw. You can also charge through squares that contain allies. Further, you can add 1-1/2 times your Strength bonus on the damage roll for your first unarmed strike on a given round.

Dragon Ferocity: While using Dragon Style, you gain a bonus on unarmed strike damage rolls equal to half your Strength bonus. When you score a critical hit or a successful Stunning Fist attempt against an opponent while using this style, that opponent is also shaken for a number of rounds equal to 1d4 + your Strength bonus.

Francis John takes another shot, nicking the injured fish man once more (7 total hit points against him so far). Arradon and Aelspeth climb the ladders, and are able to get up to the deck without incident.

Qalabash attempts to trip the second opponent, which Leira attacks and misses.

OOC: 2nd Sahuagin reflex check against trip attempt.

....and she makes it.

Just waiting for Tamarie's action before I conclude the round with the Sahuagins' moves.

[sblock=OOC]DT, unless there is something going on here that I don't know about Trip doesn't allow a reflex save.

Qalabash makes a Trip in place of an attack vs. the Sahuagin's CMD. If my roll (an 18) equals or exceeds the Sahuagin's CMD then it is knocked prone and takes all the penalties for being prone.[/sblock]

OOC: My fault. GlassEye pointed out to me that the Sahuagin should be on the ground and is prone, however I believe Leira's attack result of 9 still misses.

Tamarie the Songweaver
Feeling the sting of the enemy's return fire, the songweaver winces. Tugging out the short projectile, she gasps, then begins a short, yet pleasant song, calling upon Amenthia, Cortesia and Hinotheus through word and symbol. Moments later, her body seems to literally catch fire, which continues for several seconds, disappearing from where she was wounded last. Where the enemy weapon had once pierced her skin, she is now whole.

[sblock=healing]Using Heavenly Fire on self for 2 point of healing, for a net loss of three for the round:

Tamarie heals herself slightly. The two sahuagin drop their crossbows and pull forth tridents. The first, injured one attacks Arradon while the second prone one tries to stab Leira while it still lays on the floor.

OOC: Party is up again. The prone, uninjured sahuagin cannot be fired upon by those in the boat due to line of sight issues. Looks like Arradon is struck for 4 hit points of damage.

Arradon Delgaran

[section]
Arradon attempts to sidestep the sahuagin's thrust, but the clever fish-man changes the angle of the trident at the last instant. The tines tear into Arradon's side, knocking the wind from him. Hand over his wound, he deftly slides backwards, his cloak billowing in the sea breeze. In a flash he produces a dagger from its wrist sheathe, and with a snap of his wrist he sends it soaring towards his attacker. Unfortunately his dagger flies wide, sticking into the deck with a dull thunk. He curses in Elven at his misfortune, wondering how he got himself into this situation.
