Don't know if we would consider the bolt to be loaded. Could you apply the poison to a loaded bolt or does it have to be free. Oi! Never dabbled in poison before. Appreciate your clarification.[/sblock]

FrancisJohn fires his poisoned bolt, but it embeds itself into a wooden beam inside the storage room, and doesn't even seem to get the strange woman to notice as it falls a few feet short of her. She continues to tear apart the room, oblivious to the fact she was just attacked. Tamarie's ranged attack also fails, but it also fails to hit her comrades. Qalabash closes with the sahuagin, but misses with his attack. Leira wedges herself through the door, breaking and splintering it as she goes through, then Leira proceeds to kick the center sahuagin. The creature is badly injured, but not out. Arradon slips in behind Qalabash. He cannot attack the sahuagin this round due to Leira's enlarged size, but he is in a position to shift around some barrels and flank next round. Aelspeth follows Arradon, and can also attempt to flank next round if she were so to choose.

The sahuagin drop their crossbows and switch to tridents, two versus Leira and one versus Qalabash.

Tamarie the Songweaver
Reaching to her bag as she approaches the front line, the songweaver fishes a book with a wand folded into it from the top with remarkable ease. Opening the book with 'Wand Basics 101' on the cover, Tamarie reads as she speaks a few words and swishes the wand back and forth in a pre-defined pattern. She cracks a crooked smile as the wand springs to live and touches Leira on the back, life energy flowing back into the wounded warrior.
