FWIW, I will most likely only be playing this character between levels 3 and 10.
Then IMO...


10 Str, 14 Con, 12+2 Dex, 8 Int, 15+1 Wis, 13 Cha.

Dragon Sorcerer 1/Cleric 2-9.
Booming blade, light, mage hand, presdigitation, Shield, and fog cloud from the sorcerer. (none require Cha, and they can fit the nature theme)
Medium armor, shields, and shillelagh from the cleric. Remember you can change spells, so if you don't have enough people to bless, switch to somthing else.

Healer feat and inspiring leader feat.
If someone else took either of those, +2 Wis instead.
If you find yourself on the front line a lot, warcaster.
