Huh. That reminds me of a general question I've had:

What kinds of licensing terms, if any, are involved for people who want to make 5e supplements? Is it permitted? Encouraged? Discouraged?

At this point, there are none. These companies are basically "pro-cloning" 5E material using 3E era Open Game Content under the OGL.

Sweet news, I'm in (obviously). I am wondering about the 500 level, vanity would like to see my name in there but not sure if I can stretch the extra320 bucks for it.

Which books are people thinking about buying, if not all three? I'm sorely tempted to get the foes and the adventures... the spells might just be ... too much, at least for right now. Much of this seems updated from 3E, so can people give me a rough idea of where the 3E versions stood amongst the many other 3E third party supplements? Were these some of the best? From previous posts here, it seems these folks have a pretty strong reputation.
