Foundations are a whole other animal seperate from the ISRP area. If you want me to address the issue, please start a thread on the D&D Meta board, thanks.
Though, I'll comment on a couple of points made here.
It shouldn't be like that. Anyone who is on the site pretty much knows the WizOs and what we're about. Not to mention the fact that I'm trying to get them to post more beyond being moderators. (I.E. Participating)
I think the problem is that I have not received a clear answer what a foundation is. We don't want cliques (People who only post to the foundation threads), and we have a whole area for in character roleplaying. There is even an Off Topic board to "get to know" everyone.
As I've said, I'd be happy to go over it all again either on email or on the D&D Meta board.

– that getting a WizO post on your thread is – a humiliating, threatening, and unpleasant thing. It goes to all your subscribers’ in-boxes, and sends ripples through the Thread community. Moderation posts can disrupt well-being on the thread. It can disrupt a sense of safety in the posters, and scares people off.

Absolutely not true. There was a huge thread on foundations on the Meta board, and there was even a poll. The discussion basicly broke down to "Get rid of the foundations" and "Keep the foundations."No-one consulted thread-keepers and Members of Foundations directly about how we think we should work and strive to better the community here (e.g. “please post your submission for recommendations to PO Box….”).
