New core races or canon half races?

I'd perhaps keep the H.Elf only, but not the H.Orc. But maybe I'll just move them both to the MM.

They should be feats ("Elf-blood", "Orc-blood") that give you a small bonus and allow you to take other racial feats for that race.

We need more votes! This is still a sample.

Get others who are interested to vote.

When we get a major count of those who care and have a strong opinion we can send it upstairs in case no one is watching.

Don't need 12 races out of the core book. I see no need to get rid of two and add two more.
