I was just browsing while not logged in, when I came across the "You have no permission to access this page" screen - and I wanted to go to the General Discussion forum. Same when I wanted to view Meta. So I logged in to see if that works, and it appears so...

My fault - made a mistake. It was only like that for 30 seconds or so. Should be back to normal now.
