I was wondering what [MENTION=11821]Obryn[/MENTION]'s thoughts were on the increased spell damage. I know he was concerned about that issue.

True, but it still seems a bit unbalanced. And, as someone mentioned in another comment, it's likely to account for the increase in monster hit points.

Still have generalized spellcasting concerns, though.
And, hey, if you're an evoker, you get to add your int mod to the damage.

Range = 1 mile. You pick four spots and hit a 40'R around each. There is no comment on requiring the 4 points to be in the same vicinity.
