EN World PbP Character Sheets and records

Just asking the more experienced guys and gals out there. I know I have seen people do it many different ways so obviously there isn't a definitive right way of doing it.

How do you generate your character sheets in here?
Keep notes or just search the thread when you forget something?

Great question I would like see a few other methods.

For me I have been using notepad, and putting things together in the style of the Monster Manual...

Thing is you have to go in and add the underlining, and the Ability scores bunch up.

I tend to fill out a fillable pdf and put it up on Google Drive and a link in the RG. Then I just keep the essentials in a spoiler block at the bottom of my posts.

Do you have the spoiler block saved offsite or in the RG post?

I write in Google Docs and copy paste over to the forum, so the sblock is just left in the doc and adjusted as needed. I delete the rest when I write the next post.

I use google sheets as a massive fill-in form that creates a cut&paste block of bbcode.
I use google docs to keep track of links to games and characters and keep my current stats there.

For new characters, I just grab an old one from any RG I've got a PC in and change the stats.

For my "mini stats" spoiler block I attach to IC posts, I always just go to my last post in the thread, click "reply with quote," and replace the post text but keep/update the stats.
