Ok, so far I'm definitely doing the adventure log. Good idea about including maps and other illustrations. So far the log is about 100 pages in 10-point type. 
My whole group is "photo-worthy" so we'll definitely be doing a group shot, maybe just for the website.
I think we're leaning toward dinner and a night out as a sort of parting shot. This of course would come after the grande finale of the campaign, maybe that same evening if we can work it out.
