Monsters like dragons, gods, and magic are all fantasy; rivers are not. If ‘Thunder River’ is Indeed a river, which way does it flow? Water flows downhill, so if one ocean is of higher elevation than the other, then it’s also higher elevation than the land between them, and it would swamp the whole continent. If magic is involved in this permanent suspension of gravity, who or what caused it?
