Revolution! is a surprisingly good game from SJ Games. It's also a Eurogame, which is a surprise from SJ Games in itself!

I've played a number of games of it and I own a copy. You do want four people to play it, but there's definitely strategy involved: the game works and it works well. There are many games I prefer to it, but I'd never turn down a game of it if it were on offer.

Yeah, my post might not have looked like a ringing endorsement, but I pretty much ditto Meric's take. It's a decent game that shouldn't not be played just because SJ publishes it.

I really enjoy it. It is the reverse of most SJG products in that it is really all mechanics and not as much theme as normal. It is one of the few games I'll play that doesn't have any form of randomness in it.
