rogues vs fighters (Stand your ground!)

In a straight up fair fight the fighter will probably win. The one exception that I can think of is the wand master. Rogues can use magic devices so if the rogue is stacked with wands that are easy to get to (making changing a free action) then they can bombard the fighter with magic making it more of a wiz vs. ftr then a rog vs. ftr.

Though I would say that the rog is definatly the stronger class overall.

Can a fighter pick locks, be extremely diplomatic, find all the hidden treasure, find/disarm traps, use magic devices (like healing to keep themselves alive in a fight), etc. and still be a decent fighter?

2) You cannot sneak attack a foe with *ANY* concealment.
