It's just amazing to me that there are still Rifts supplements being published...
Palladium Books used kickstarter to get back into the black. They've ALWAYS run late. On almost everything. The only failure to deliver was the Robotech Tactics game.

I am not a fan of the Palladium house system. I am a fan of several of the settings (Robotech, PFRPG, TMNT, Mechanoids). Even Rifts is a well done setting. Even if Siembieda is a lousy editor. The art is consistent in quality and style. I do want to run Recon at some point. I didn't care for Amber - but it's one of the best written books Palladium ever released.

Oh, and when I was teaching 5th/6th grade, about 1 in 3 of my students was playing one or more Palladium games. The daily reading assignment got a lot more consistent once they realized that it was acceptable to read and critique the rulebooks... this was a highly ethnoculturally diverse, low-income neighborhood, in Anchorage, AK. Most of the kids were members of ethnic minorities; many of the white kids were of visible religious minorities.
