This raises the races DPR to 8.5, would add +4pt to powerful build and to stay in line with the damage curves by level of the PHB race/classes the better weapons would kick in at level 3. Given this is within the first tier you might choose to ignore the level requirement if you don't mind them being a little over powered at 1st.
