Ever see the TV show Lost?
*SPOILER WARNING*
There is a few episodes where the group had captured an enemy. Throughout the episodes, different people took turns talking to him, trying to get information.
One person threatened torture, talking very calmly, than snaps and actually beats the prisoner. (One of Them - Lostpedia - The Lost Encyclopedia)
Another person tries kindness, offering a book to past the time and regular meals. (Maternity Leave - Lostpedia - The Lost Encyclopedia),
Another person confesses his own sin, in an attempt to seek forgiveness from the prisoner (Maternity Leave - Lostpedia - The Lost Encyclopedia)
Another person tries to reason, stating that if evidence is found, the prisoner would be believed. (http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/The_Whole_Truth)
And so on, and so on...
Diplomacy, Bluff, Intimidate & Sense Motive, are all skills that could be used in an interrogation. If player A decided to try rolling a high Diplomacy, or if Player B tried using a high Intimidation, I'd grant either depending on the character's personality.
