The new version of DDM comes out in April; the stat cards will include 4e stats. If you want early monster stats, you can buy a pack (or more). (Ingenious, no?)
I imagine Dragon & (especially) Dungeon will probably have info, too. It would be weird if they were still posting 3.5e adventures in May, after the 4e PH was out; but since the MM won't be out, they'll presumably have to post full monster stats.
