Spell-Like Abilities Q's.

Do spell like abilities require spell components?

If they're at will, do they take a partial action to do?

I'm sitting here looking at a Osyluth, and these are nasty little things. Seem a little steep for simply a CR 6.

They require no components, neither Verbal, somatic, nor material. They reuire a standard action to activate (unless otherwise specified). They provoke AoOs and can be interrupted.

Check out the Bebilith for a seriously low CR.

The Osyluth does look a little low though. It's HP are a serious hindrance. One full attack action from a 6th level fighter could take it out.

Xarlen, this information is right at the bottom of MM p. 7 (and probably some place in the DMG in addition).
