Copies of Spelljammer are starting to show up. Mike Long of Tribality is in receipt of the books and has tweeted some photos!
Ship to ship combat took up a similar amount of page real estate in Ghosts of Saltmarsh, and these are almost certainly the same rules in play.Ship-to-ship combat takes part of a page? They’re not going FKR on me are they?
As a refresher, I don't thinknthe final version saw any huge changes, and the organization looks much like what the Spelljammwr ToC indicates:Ship-to-ship combat takes part of a page? They’re not going FKR on me are they?
Eh....Spoiler for Legends of the Multiverse:So it looks like Part 3of the Campaign, "Chaos in Doomspace" is set on Athas. Dark Sun Monsters in the Bestiary:
Braxton
B'rohg
Gaj
Psurlons (3 stat blocks)
Ssurran (2 blocks, including a Defiler stat block!)
So, 8 Dark Sun monsters that I can see on abrief review. Quite the cameo.
Ah, perhaps just vibing off of that Apocalyptic energy, then?Eh....Spoiler for Legends of the Multiverse:
Doomspace is a place where the star was destroyed and is basically a black hole now. Sadly, not Dark Sun.
Possibly, it could also be a swerve though. Also, they were only going to a specific place in that sphere (err...space) in that episode. The next episode may have something on a another spot.Ah, perhaps just vibing off of that Apocalyptic energy, then?
Maybe not. Maybe they're just going for a different take on a dark sun. Athas might still be very similar or the same on the planet.Eh....Spoiler for Legends of the Multiverse:

What was the deal with the Sun un Athas back in the day? I always thought the "Dark Sun" was metaphorical or a low light old star or something.Maybe not. Maybe they're just going for a different take on a dark sun. Athas might still be very similar or the same on the planet.
