The rogue that I want should accomplish two goals:
1) Play dirty, not play heavy (there is the fighter for that).
2) Less dices to count when a sneak attack strikes (+6d6 at level 5? Really?)
My fix consists in:
- Just deal +2 sneak damage per level.
- Trade some sneak damage for one of the following conditions.
1 SD = Reduce the target speed by 10 feet - Last 1 round.
2 SD = Push the target (5 feet).
3 SD = Target loses 1 hit point per round until he spend one action to stop this.
4 SD = Target's melee attacks damage is minimized - Last 1 round.
5 SD = Reduce the target speed by 20 feet - Last 2 round.
6 SD = Push the target (10 feet).
7 SD = Target loses 2 hit point per round until he spend one action to stop this.
8 SD = Target's melee attacks damage is minimized - Last 2 rounds.
9 SD = Restrain the target - Last 1 round.
10 SD = Knock down the target. He have to spend one action to stand up.
11 SD = Target loses 4 hit point per round until he spend one action to stop this.
12 SD = Stun the target - Last 1 round.
13 SD = Restrain the target - Last 2 rounds.
14 SD = Push the target (5 feet) and knock him down. He have to spend one action to stand up.
15 SD = Target loses 5 hit point per round until he spend one action to stop this.
16 SD = Stun the target - Last 2 rounds.
and so on..
