Thoughts/advice/ideas on my potential Barbarian Shaman build

So currently my Barbarian shaman build is going along these lines:
Stats 16/13/14/13/10/8 V-Human Ritual Caster (Find Familiar/Identify)
Totem Barbarian 6: Wolf totem ->Eagle totem (Great Weapon Master)
Rune Scribe 5:Rune order depends on what my DM decides, but he is going to work with me on this class idea

From here I decided I want to go more shaman. Thus I need more spell slots and perhaps "magic"

So my idea is to go the int-less wizard route
Divination Wizard 6 - This gives me those nice portent d20's that I can make use of even while raging, the level 6 ability lets me use several out of combat divination spells and still regain precious spell slots for use with my runes.
Spells:
4 cantrips - Gust, light, Shape Water, Mold Earth
4 1st level - detect magic, Shield, alarm, sleep
3 2nd level - find traps, see invisability, Misty Step
3 3rd level - Tongues, Clairvoyance, Leomund's Tiny Hut

Does anyone have a better idea where to pick up more spell slots for use with rune magic? Something that also gives me other benefits?
