I mean, what, like a fifth to a third or so of the stuff in ToH has seen print in a WotC conversion by now? Sheesh. Talk about ethics.

Well, given WotC's violation of their gentleman's agreement not to convert the monsters in ToH, I'm not surprised that the sequel will focus on new monsters instead of more conversions.

Was there such an agreement? What the ToH claimed as that none of the monsters it it had not been published in any previous products. I'm not sure there was any agreement on future products.
