As for charts, the tags used are "Code" tags. Just add the usual "[" and "]" before/after the word 'Code' and '/Code'. It is best do the charts in some format that uses Tabs like word, Adobe, etc and then cut and paste them here between 'Code' tags. It usually takes some tweaking since the tables rarely ever come over easily.
Depending on how complex the tables are, I generally find it easier to use a series of '.....' as space fillers in charts than to work with the 'Code' tags.
