Warlock's Curse: Applied per enemy per round, or just per round?

Is it safe to assume that this issue needs clarification from an official source?

it's perfectly clear if you have read it.

once per turn, you can cause the extra damage to one attack. you can even determine to add the extra damage AFTER the attack roll.

so, if you crit an OA, and have not used it this turn, you can choose to make it "really mean".

It's just not that clear. There is nothing in the description about attack rolls, completely unlike the Ranger text. It specifically ignores attack roll terminology and references damage rolls instead.

For me, if you hit many ennemys cursed in one time, it's all under effect. Because the difference with the ranger Quarry, explicitly write one ennemy , not for the cursed warlock.

According to CustServ Hunter's Quarry bonus damage only applies once per round even if you have multiple quarries:

Question 2: Is each additional Quarry subject to the extra damage each round? IE: does only one Quarry take the damage, which is one reading of the rules on page 104, or does each Quarry that you attack that round take the extra damage?

2. If you have multiple Quarries, and you hit multiple Quarries, you choose which one takes the extra damage.

This doesn't necessarily confirm that only one cursed enemy takes the damage, but it indicates that is probably the case.

I think most would agree that if a warlock used an area power to do damage, for example, any cursed targets within the area would suffer the additional damage.

The part that's not so clear, I think, is whether individual, cursed targets that take damage at different times from different sources all suffer the additional damage (eldritch blast on one, hellish rebuke kicked in on another, armor of agathys damage on a third, etc.).

If you damage a cursed enemy, you may deal extra damage. you decide whether to apply the extra damage after making the damage roll. You can deal this extra damage once per round.

if you had armor of agathys up, and fey-stepped into the middle of a group of mobs, with 2+ of them cursed, at the start of their turn, you could assign "warlocks curse" to one of the cursed mobs, and do it after you see who lives from the initial damage. but you only get ONE warlocks curse damge per round.

You can only choose to apply this damage once per round, regardless of how many cursed targets you damage at once.

Good gaming!
