Sorry missed that, I try not to read monster stats if I can avoid it. Was going by normal rules. I'll keep the same actions, need the hp and maybe next turn escape [/sblock]

Torqua's body lights up with arcane fire and lighting as she trys to throw off the horde of bugs trying to eat her. However, there just too many of them and a few manage to get through, giving her a poisonous bite. Overcome with the vile poison, the fat sorceress is forced to back off and refocus her mind, fighting the urge to vomit and pass out.

OOC: Because the swarm attacked me, it takes 4 fire damage and 5 lighting damage and is pushed back to F5, thanks to my magical effects.

Shifting back to F8 and using my second wind (Healing 6 HP and getting +2 to all defs til the end of my next turn.)

Using my minor to keep my Lighting Breathe Effect.

Failed my Saving Throw, Still Weakened

The magic within Torqua forces the swarm to flee or be destroyed. The mass of maggots back away for now.
Vardaal misses again. Something about this Dessert land must be affecting his senses; perhaps the complete lack of Rat pies has depleted the barbarian’s morale. His swing pass just an inch over the antennae of the Ankheg.
The two adults that are still in the battlefield combine their efforts to bring Myoko down. One of the gurgles and spits a ball of acid towards the jadite, who barely manages to avoid the hit. Quickly, the vermin moves to face Myoko face to face. The distraction serves the other ankheg perfectly, as it sneaks behind the mercenary and bites viciously at her back.

aura takes 3 damage plus 2 extra damage per centipede swarm
adjacent to the enemy.

Resist half damage from melee and ranged attacks; Vulnerable 10
against close and area attacks
Speed 6, climb 6 (spider climb)
i ) Swarm of Mandibles (standard; at-will) • Poison
+4 vs. Reflex; 1d6 damage, and ongoing 5 poison damage (save
ends); a creature already taking ongoing poison damage is also
weakened (save ends). The centipede swarm's attack deals 1
extra damage for each centipede swarm adjacent to it.
Survival Instinct (immediate reaction, when hit by an area or
close attack; at-will)
The centipede swarm shifts 3 squares.

Desert Ankheg Level 4 Lurker
Vermin large XP: 175
Initiative +2 Senses: passive Perception +16
HP 65; Bloodied 33
AC 18; Fortitude 16, Reflex 17, Will 14
Speed (land) 6
Speed (tunnel) 4
Darkvision
Low-Light vision
Resist 5 Fire and 5 acid
Bite (melee basic) (standard; at-will)
+9 vs. AC; 1d6 + 4 damage plus 1d4 acid damage.
Acid spit (Ranged) (standard; encounter)
+7 vs. Relfex; 3d8 acid damage. Hit: target weakened (save ends)
One such attack depletes the ankheg’s acid supply for the rest of the
encounter. Once used, the ankheg can’t deal additional acid damage. An
ankheg does not use this ability unless it is desperate or frustrated.
It most often spits acid when bloodied or worse
Capture (melee basic) (standard; at-will)
+9 vs. AC; 1d6 damage. Hit: Target is grappled.
If the ankheg is damaged after grabbing its prey, it retreats backward
down its tunnel at its land speed (not its burrow speed), dragging the
victim with it. An ankheg’s burrow is completely dark, and the
character won’t be able to stand from prone due to the tunnel’s
dimensions. The ankheg will try to kill it’s prey biting it
repeatedly, which will cause an ongoing 5 dmgs while the prey is in
the burrow. It takes three successful athletics rolls (dc:20) to scape
from an ankheg burrow.

Myoko gave another sharp cry, more of anger than of pain, then stepped back away from the monstrous insects. She lashed out with her spear against the nearer bug, attempting to use the leverage of the long weapon to her advantage. The spear punched deep into the creature's soft-scaled belly, and it thrashed wildly, providing a momentary distarction...

OOC:
>Move: shift to H 6
>Standard: Attack A2 with Nimble Footwork (encounter, vs. AC); 1d20+6= 25 (hit), for 16 damage (including +2 from Berserk Fury); rolls Roll Lookup ; After the attack, Myoko can shift 1 square (to H7), and allows Torqua to shift 1 square as a free action (if she wants to)
>Also, just as a reminder, Myoko and her allies all still have a +1 to all defenses until end of encounter

Myoko cleaves deep into the ankheg’s belly with her spear, and the beast screeches in pain.
Kavac keeps helping Frost to get out of the ankheg’s tunnel, while the creature bites the shifter repetedly.
The swarm of maggots try to climb over torqua again, but are unsuccesful.

Somehow I overwrite the map with something else I was doing. Me=ass. I’ll see to get it up next update if I can make out the positions of everyone.
