Note: Meksoor was last singing in round 3. Therefore, the inspire courage ended on her turn in round 8, and did not effect Aidan's attack rolls in my post above.

Aidan calls out to his comrades and volunteers, "Retreat! Find cover! We can try to lure it back later!" He moves to help anyone who seems to be having trouble getting away. He'll get his sword out, and keep it at the ready in case he needs to try and fend off the monster.

Shearan fires until it looks like the zombie will break out.
After Aidan's comment.
"Good idea."
Shearan will make sure that the zombie is closer to him that the wounded or the volunteers during the retreat.

Just before the monster breaks through the wall, the two steadfast adventurers bolt for the sturdilly built farmhouse nearby, where the vollunteers have allready brought their wounded companions.

The wyvern looks around stupidly for the stinging insects that had been bothering it, but not seeing them returns its attention to destroying the barn. With one wall allready gone, the structure is rubble in less than a minute. The zombie flies off, presumably looking for more animate things to destroy.

"That thing is a lot closer to arrowproof than I thought. A heavy crossbow might be able to hurt it, though. Balnibar, you have any more deathtrap ideas? That boulder drop seemed to put a dent in the thing, and it's unlikely it will be repaired."
