You know, here I was all innocent, thinking that the classic enemy, the swarm of spiders, was just a fanciful image based on other swarming insects; because in our minds it looked cool. And then this happened: Venomous Spiders Invade Indian Town, 2 Dead .

Does Mother Nature play Dungeons & Dragons, or what?

Perhaps it would be more accurate to say that large parts of India look like they were designed by a rat bastard DM?

There was one really old temple I went to in the south and it really was like a D&D dungeon, particularly with its demonic statues and secret altars. Of course, there are hundreds - if not thousands - more like it across the country.
