D&D 5E expanded crit range

Are there any abilities (or items) that expand crit range aside from the Champion's 3rd-level Improved Critical ability?

I'm looking for "official" sources only (WotC, including UA). Thanks!

Hexblade's Curse from the Hexblade Warlock Class - Level 1, short rest, allows for crits on a 19.

There is a weapon that adds 2d6 to the damage, but not extend the range. I think it is called brutal.

The Moonblade has it as one of its properties. (DMG 217)

Invincible Conqueror from the Paladin Oath of Conquest also grants the 19 or 20 crit for a minute. (XgtE 38)

That is, Improved Critical doesn't really increase or expand your crit range.

It SETS it.

In order to ever get to 18-20 we must find an ability that truly increases the crit range, so it can be applied on Improved Critical.

Try using Advantage, with or without Inspiration. It almost doubles your chances of a crit.

Champion's Superior Critical already does that though.

Pretty sure they have intentionally phrased it as setting a new range to avoid stacking, as with AC modifications such as Dragon Mage and Lizardfolk adjustments.

Very few in general (not just crit range), and that's very likely on purpose. The changes to armor's influence on AC and girdles of giant strength on your strength score to work as they did pre-3.x are notable examples of this.
