Can this campaign be run with different DM's alternating between chapters?

I have heard the chapters are basically stand alone with not much tying them together.

Are there spoilers or clues that carry over from one chapter to the next?

There are a few spoilers, but nothing you could not work around or even ignore outright. It is an adventure that really lends itself to separation by chapter in this way. We have been playing the adventure since early November weekly and are having a blast!

edit: We started with Heist before delving. Heist was OK, but my players love the dungeon.

Yes, separate dms can run different chapters. Some of the flavor text, hints some levels communicate between them. For example some drow know what is going on. Some monsters are trying to take over the whole dungeon.
