For a twist, Hoard of the Dragon Queen Chapter 3 features three dragon eggs. Have one / several hatch just before the PCs get down into where they are kept. Multiple baby dragons for your L3 characters to face.

If you can find it.... "Into the Fire" in Dungeon #1. A really great red dragon lair... there's a whole friggin' ship in it!

Dungeon has several. Check out the ones that involve Flame - there are three. There's also one with a white dragon in a glacier. All are high level, of course.

Oh, I also highly recommend checking out Adventure Lookup:

One of the filters you can search on is boss monster. Dragons are listed several different ways, but I found at least 35 adventures for 5E featuring various types of dragons as boss monsters.
