Suggestions for finding a GM to hire?

Well, I'm looking to hire a GM to run some games for myself and some of my employees, and I'm swinging over here to get some help finding them.

I started a thread in the Gamers seeking Gamers forum, but I figured I'd poke around here and ask folks if they could make some suggestions for other websites or mailing lists or publications I should be seeking out.

Our town (Lawrence, KS), doesn't really have gaming store in it that I can post flyers at.

How much are you willing to pay... Also is it salary or hourly?

How many references do I need?

What benefits are you offering? Any of the fallowing:

Kansas Univerity has a gaming club called KUGAR.

Seems like a reasonable place to start. I know if I was a grad student there I would love to have a DMing job

I live in Kansas City, I could do it, or could find someone that could. I know a few people that live in Lawrence. What kind of company is this for? I mean, if you're having company-sponsored D&D games, maybe I want to work there!

I also know some people affiliated with the aforementioned KUGAR, and have a lot of the contacts in this area with people from the KC/Lawrence area having ran two ENWorld Game Days.

I work during the day, so I wouldn't be able to do it, but I could probably find someone that could.

Being a GM would be an awseom job. But I live in PA and don't know any websites for this sorta thing so I can't help you out.
