Along with the announced Open Grave undead supplement (Jan) and the Dungeon Delve (Feb) are four new books.
1) Assault on Nightwyrm Fortress (Adventure) March, 2009. I assume this is P3 even though it doesn't say it, as E1 is out one month later.
2) Player’s Handbook II (Core Rulebook) March, 2009. They split the difference between Jan and Jun.
3) E1 Death’s Reach (Adventure) (21-24) April, 2009. I wonder if they will keep pumping out adventures at this pace?
4) Arcane Power (Rules Expansion) April, 2009. Now we're talking!

More speculation?

Hmmm, it won't let me edit the post.
Anyway, the cover of the PHB II says, 'Arcane, Divine and Primal Heroes', with a picture of a Goliath it looks like and a Shaman.

Wow. That's... fast.

It looks like they did what I was hoping they would do, and put off psionics until they could give them a fuller treatment. But not to fear, at this rate PHB3 could be out in the following October.

Weird.

It will be nice to get Arcane Power, though.

Edit: What's the race of the Barbarian with the big axe on the cover of the PHB2?

224 pages in the PH2. Eight classes took 126 pages in PH1. Five races will probably take 12 pages. (2 pages intro plus 2 pages per race.)

So... what do you think they will do with the rest? Feats, Rituals and Equipment seem like things they can expand upon. If they give those sections as much room as in PH1 that would be 86 pages. Which actually adds up to 224...

My guess though is that those last three sections will all be shorter, but that the classes section will be longer - including more epic destinies. There will probably be some section introducing alternative combat and/or skill rules.

Man, I read that adventure title as "Death Ranch". Which sounds like some horrible Charles Bronson movie or something.

I suspect it's the new Dungeonscape, dungeon and cavern specific terrain, traps and tactics. But I could be wrong.

There will probably be some kind of description of the Primal power source, that might take a few pages. And I hope a lot more ED's.

There'll probably also be new powers for existing classes, just like 3E splats offered new crunchy bits for fighters, wizards, et al in addition to new prestige classes and base classes.
