Some of my most missed game systems I wish were still around:

Space 1889
MERP
Mekton
TSR Marvel (FASERIP)
Space 1889
The Wheel of Time
Space 1889

As you can see, I really miss Space 1889...

I can't believe no one has yet mentioned Twilight:2000. I also really liked Delta Force.

Both rules systems just "felt" right when it came to emulating combat.

The one game I really miss is the Marvel Universe Roleplaying Game, published by Marvel about 5 years ago.

It was the game that finally helped me grok shared narrative control, forever changing the way I look at RPGs.

Also, the resource-management resolution system made it the ideal game for a PBeM campaign.

Not a perfect game, mind you, but hands down the most fun I've had at the gaming table with or without dice.

Alternity - great Sci Fi RPG, loved the rules, especially the skill area and how it handled XP.
Trinity - my first REAL Sci Fi GMing experience. Great campaigns, great setting, pretty nice rules.
Aberrant - while still in play around here, I sorely miss seeing more stuff added to its continuum.
