There's also ScreenMonkey (google it). The basic version was free when I played with it a few years ago, with the extended version being about $20 or so, IIRC.That's what I want, but I'd rather not have to provide the server. If it worked like a messageboard or a Wiki, that'd be nice.
But yeah, I guess I could set up Maptools to do that.
You do have to leave your server up, though. It's not wiki-based, for example. Although I GUI-based wiki environment would be interesting! I could see some interesting things being done with SVG on a wiki. You'd be able to zoom in and out and the SVG would still look good. Of course, IE would probably have conniption fits over anything remotely resembling a web standard (ie. SVG) but people using a good browser wouldn't have a problem.
