Stargate Atlantis: "The Daedalus Variations" 08-01-08

The episode was interesting, but I would have preferred them visiting a few more alternate realities. I love this kind of stuff. ;)

On the aliens - They look a little as if they will be introduced as a new threat - considering they got their own ship design, insignia and everything. But they seem very borg-like...

I don't like the Wraith, at least not the way they have been used so far. Most of the Atlantis villains are a little to one-dimension. Or should I say "Stargate" villains?

The best are usually those that have been on both sides for some time (even if only pretending to do so) - Micheal, Baal, the Genii... We need more screen-time with the villains...

It was okay but get the feeling they are lacking direction in the show, another new enemy...this is getting a bit Star Trek: TNG.
I got to agree with Mark, I felt STargate ran the gahul into the ground so hard by season 6 or 7. An introduction of new enemies with different goals than the previous can be a bit refreshing. The wrath I still don't understand. The Ori I liked but there was no good way to tell that story. These new creatures will probably just be mooks of some bigger threat.

TNG wasn't too bad. The only villian i can think of that they introduced were the Borg. The Romulons, Kingons and cardasians have always been around.
