So it would seem that 4e is popular amongst insomniacs and Europeans.

Wonder if WotC will take that into account for future supplements? ;)

;)

That reminds me again that I feel tempted to post a thread on when people post (in their time zone). I wonder if I can sort EN World by unemployed, guys abusing their office connection (), insomniacs and whatever else groups I can make up. ;)

Where do I stand? Way over there and behind some cover if I can find it.

;)

I mostly like Castles & Crusades if I'm in a D&D mood, Mutants and Masterminds otherwise. In the short term I'm trying to get a Pathfinder playtest together in the interest of helping out and giving something back to the hobby. So D20 variant I guess.

It's been a long time since I've played Call of Cthulhu or Toon. Those would be good to visit again.

I think it might have been a good idea to break Pathfinder out into its own category. I expect it will significantly outscore other d20 fantasy variants, and it would be interesting to know it independently of them.

At this point in time, I'm running 4e only, and prefer it to any other edition. I don't expect to change back or switching to any d20 alternative.

The only exception I'll make is my 25 Years Roleplaying Anniversary which I will commemorate with a weekend-long session of Palace of the Silver Princess using BECMI. :)

Oh man .... Palace of the Silver Princess .... that gave me some shivers. I'd completely forgotten playing in that when I was 11.

A mixed bag.

My genuine favourite is a mishmash of 3.0 & 3.5. Although we had great times with our 1e - 2e blend, as well. And even Basic DnD.

I'll play 4e, but I just can't justify the effort any more, to DM it. I'm an old dog now. Cranky, and incapable of learning new tricks with ease.
