"Electronic Dice" device?

I was going through my Dragon magazine collection, before throwing it out, sigh...
amidst many things I noted down to find, was the "Range 1 electronic Dice" from Gamescience, iirc.

Why does no one make an electronic dice, nowadays? Ok dice are nice, but a "calculator" style thing you can just press buttons on, especially for multiple dice (like a high level Delayed Blast Fireball), would rock!
I dont' want a lap top program, I want a hand held device.

Maybe an idea for the inventors out there? :)

That is so Freaking Cool! Damn, I want an iPhone now. (by the way, my wife is looking at me very funny after getting so excited about that video - Oh Well):-S

Inexpensive palms with a median amount of RAM can be had for under $100 -- you can load apps for dice rollers, character sheets, mappers, you name it. The days of "Dragonbones" and such, while cool back then, are long gone in place of PDAs and PDA phones with cheap software "gadgets" that can fill almost every niche.
