I'm slightly miffed at Customer Service at this point, Erik.
When I called last Monday about not receiving #14 in the mail, they told me to wait a week. I did, and when I called back today (having just received #15 in the mail), they told me to wait another week again so that they could be sure it was well and truly lost, despite having had ten business days go by since it was shipped (which is why they wanted me to wait initially).
I recognize the reason for wanting to let more time go by to be sure, but being told to wait a week, and when I do then being told to wait another, is rather irking (to say nothing of the fact that my issues virtually always arrive promptly normally; hence why I feel pretty sure that another week of waiting will make absolutely no difference).
