Has Pathfinder #14 (the second from the Second Darkness AP) hit stores yet? I'm hearing talk about #15, and I just realized that I don't hAVE #14 YET.

I got both 14 and 15 very close together in the mail (within days of each other) and only recently. I thought I had read somewhere that the shipment from China that had 14 in it got seriously delayed in transit due to some kind of random inspection thingy.

Eric is correct. That is exactly what happened. Paizo was very dismayed, because it was two billings close to each other.. something they want to avoid at all costs, and also something people get upset about.

Unfortunately, it was out of their control. US Customs could not be denied, or be made to hurry up.

Chad, if you don't have #14 yet, I would contact Paizo Customer Service. Its about time you should have recieved it already.

However, PF #15 has shipped to me, but I actually haven't gotten my physical copy yet. It would not be unreasonable to not have gotten that yet.
 

Thanks for the info guys. I buy them through my FLGS, so I'm guessing they just haven't hit stores yet based on what you are saying.

Hey, guys.

Yeah, we all kind of got rooked by Customs this time. Subscribers should have #14 by now, and if that's not the case a call to customer service is probably in order.

We just sent #17 (J. D. Wiker's "A Memory of Darkness") to the printer this morning, and I've got to say I think the whole Pathfinder series is phenomenal. Second Darkness has a really interesting vibe to it.

I'm slightly miffed at Customer Service at this point, Erik.

When I called last Monday about not receiving #14 in the mail, they told me to wait a week. I did, and when I called back today (having just received #15 in the mail), they told me to wait another week again so that they could be sure it was well and truly lost, despite having had ten business days go by since it was shipped (which is why they wanted me to wait initially).

I recognize the reason for wanting to let more time go by to be sure, but being told to wait a week, and when I do then being told to wait another, is rather irking (to say nothing of the fact that my issues virtually always arrive promptly normally; hence why I feel pretty sure that another week of waiting will make absolutely no difference).

D'oh!

I apologize, Alzrius, that was completely my fault. It appears that someone (*ahem* me *ahem*) failed to make a note of your first call. So when you called again, someone (*ahem* once again: me *ahem*) assumed that it was your first call and gave the same answer again.

It always a judgment call as to whether and when to send out replacements, and it looks like this time I kinda failed my Int roll to remember your first call.

And to everyone else... I apologize for the threadjack. :blush:

Cosmo, apology accepted gratefully. I just got an email confirming that a replacement issue was sent out today, so all's well that ends well.

Consider yourself to have made a successful Diplomacy check in regards to me. ;)
