Besides for the weekend crash, my DDI has been working perfectly.
Scott,
Could you post the contact info for CS? Normally I would go to the Wizards site to get the contact info, but since the site is down I have no way to get the contact info to report that the site is down.
It's kinda like that number the phone company gives to call if your phone doesn't work.![]()
Jeffery,
Please contact customer service as I suspect there is a solution to this.
Color me unsurprised that a WOTC web service crashes often.
Its a new service and they are just getting everything all ironed out so cut them some slack. I sent an email to customer service. We'll see what happens. I'll report back then.
I find it ironic that you're asking someone to cut them some slack but talking about cancelling your subscription.![]()
Did you contact customer service? I had heard that sometimes the authentication issue was browser based, but I could be wrong. i.e. the session cookie may not be stored correctly. So I decided to purchase a 12 month subscription yesterday and managed to enjoy it for a whole day. When I try to log in today, DDI tells me that my account doesn't exist!
Way to go, Wizards! This is not a quality service. You shouldn't be ironing out problems once you've started to charge people. That's utterly unprofessional.
