Which of the following products should I buy? Round Two!

Good luck finding the Book of Fiends - unless you are buying the pdf.

Well, another local store has both Armies of the Abyss and Legions of Hell, so I might have to buy those versions if I can't find The Book of Fiends.

I recommended Book of Fiends, Nyambe, and Dragonlance. I'm actually not familiar with the others, so if there's good stuff there, I might have to check them out.

One local store has Arms & Armor, but I don't think it's the 3.5 version. Does the book actually say Arms & Armor v3.5 on the cover?

If it's hardback, it's 3.5, softback is the 3.0, (much) smaller version.

It's definitely a hardback book. They even have two of them. I guess I know what I'm buying the next time I'm there.

The Book of Fiends is all 3.5-like, and - more significantly by far - includes those wacky Neutral Evil guys 'n gals 'n er, things.

It's also the book I'd recommend above the others on your list, so that's what I voted for.

Update: I stopped by one of the local Wee Book Inn used bookstores today and was pleasantly surprised to discover the Dragonalance Campaign Setting hardcover there. There was also a copy of James M. Ward's Metamorphosis Alpha. The store owner prioced the two of them together for CAN $25 plus tax (roughly US $22).

I got Northern Crown for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised, its a fantasy New England Colonies, with Viking Vinland having been successful from AD 1000, England being a fantasy England, etc.

I haven't gotten far into it yet but I'm real dissapointed they split off the gazeteer into a second short hardcover instead of having the two be one big one like they did with Nyambe and the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary.

I really liked the Book of Fiends.

Dragonlance was good, I enjoyed playing a half-ogre noble in Krynn and I enjoy the pantheon.

I think I got the Troll Lords cities and settlements pdf but was not wowed by it.

Nyambe was fantastic. Fantasy Africa with lots of neat history.

Dangerous Denizens was less exciting than I was hoping for. The art was a bit of a let down compared to what I had enjoyed in their Hackmaster books.

I choose Nyambe, Other and Magic Item Compendium. 'Other' in this case is the Beyond Countless Doorways - I love that little gem of a book.

Voted for Magic Item Compendium and Book of Fiends. The MIC is incredibly useful, especially for quick treasure generation. The Book of Fiends is just a great read, full of fun monsters sure to inspire story lines. I loved reading through it.

Holy Bovine mentioned Beyond Countless Doorways: I haven't had a chance to read it yet myself, but I just got it partly due to recommendations here.
