@ Lojaan: Yeah, I heard the zombie rotter was put down to level 1 in the DDI compendium, but they were reprinted in Open Grave as level 3. I wouldn't run them as anything less than level 1.

Not sure it's possible to run them as less than level 1.

Probably wouldn't want to run them as anything MORE than level 1 though.
