1. When the shamans's spirit takes more than 10 damage and disappear, can you summon it again in your next turn?

2. I just noticed that the spirit's opportunity attack doesn't trigger from enemies attacking with ranged attacks while adjacent to the spirit. Also, I don't think that the HP gained from Spirit’s Shield scale very well. If the shaman has WISDOM 18 at level 1, then at level 17 he will have WIS 22 and Spirit’s Shield will heals only 6 HP (12 HP if the ally is adjacent to the spirit - that's adequate). But, I'm still at low levels so tell me what you think.
Another matter is that Spirit Boon will be very hard to trigger. The spirit will most likely be in the center of your defenders, so they all benefit from the bonuses. So, a creature that decides to move away from the spirit won't have only the spirit to adjacent square, but defenders as well(propably fighters). That's why I believe it will choose not to move, but to attack.

3. The questions are about a Protector Spirit shaman.
a. The shamn uses his Healing Spirit on an PC and chooses an ally adjacent to his spirit companion who regains 1d6 HP. If the primary target is adjacent to his spirit can he be the one who regains the extra 1d6?

b. If both PCs(the one spending a healing surge, and the second who regains 1d6 HP) are adjacent to his spirit, does the shaman's Spirit Boon trigger for both PCs, or only for the first PC(targe

Yes. It is an at-will power.

The Opportunity Action from the spirit is not meant to be a lockdown on ranged powers, but it's supposed to make it easy to keep your Turducken on the front lines with your defenders. It -does- help make your defenders stickier tho.

No. The target cannot be 'one ally... other than the target.' Those last four words are important.

b. If both PCs(the one spending a healing surge, and the second who regains 1d6 HP) are adjacent to his spirit, does the shaman's Spirit Boon trigger for both PCs, or only for the first PC(targe

Absolutely. You are using a healing power on both of them. They both benefit. Turducken hands out candy, and more candy when everyone is close. Huddle up to Turducken, and he hands out the benefits.

*Turducken was the name of the spirit companion in Mazzanoble's gaming group.
